The Queues app will support viewing up to 45 days of historical data for call queues, auto attendants, and agents starting mid-February 2026, with general availability by mid-March 2026. The default 7-day range and report access remain unchanged. No action is required.

To support broader reporting needs and customer feedback, the Queues app will soon allow users to view up to 45 days of historical data for call queues, auto attendants, and agents. This update expands reporting options without changing how users access or create reports.
