This new feature will allow users to search within Outlook for sub-folders within specific folders.

When this will happen:

Worldwide: We will begin rolling out by late November 2024February 2025 (previously mid-October)late November) and expect to complete by late December 2024March 2025 (previously mid-November)late December).

How this will affect your organization:

Search within Outlook will soon return results not only from specific folders but also from sub-folders within it.

What you need to do to prepare:

You may want to notify your users about this change and update any relevant documentation as appropriate.
