We're developing the ability to view the updated Read Receipt status of recipients from the sent item directly.

Worldwide:Standard Release: We will begin rolling out early January 2024 and expect to complete by early February 2024.
GCC: We will begin rolling out late Marchearly February 2024 (previously early February) and complete by late April 2024 (previously early March).March 2024.

When the feature becomes available to you, you will be able to find entry points to the Track Read Receipts view on messages in your Sent Items folder.
