When this will happen:
General Availability (Worldwide): We will begin rolling out mid-September 2025 (previously mid-June) and expect to complete by late October 2025 (previously late June).communicate via Message center when the rollout date is getting closer.

Once available, administrators can view and monitor Loop usage in the tenant through the existing Microsoft 365 admin usage dashboards.

There is nothing you need to do to prepare. These changes will roll to your tenant automatically.
