When this will happen:
General Availability (Worldwide): We will communicate via Message center when the rollout date is getting closer.begin rolling out mid-September 2025 (previously mid-June) and expect to complete by late October 2025 (previously late June).

Once available, administrators can view and monitor Loop usage in the tenant through the existing Microsoft 365 admin usage dashboards.

There is nothing you need to do to prepare. These changes will roll to your tenant automatically.
