Starting July 31,June 20, 2025, we will be deprecating the legacy version of Case and Conversation Topics features in Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Dynamics 365 Contact CenterCenter. This feature will have reachedreach the end of support.support on June 20, 2025.

How does this affect me?
After JulyAugust 31, 2025, this feature will be removed, and users will no longer be able to utilize it in Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Dynamics 365 Contact Center.
