We will soon add a new graph to Microsoft Purview Data Security Posture Management for AI that displays the departments of users interacting with AI apps. The department data is from a user’s profile in Entra.

Public Preview: We will begin rolling out mid-Juneearly May 2025 (previously early May)late February) and expect to complete by mid-Juneearly May 2025 (previously early May)late February).

General Availability (Worldwide): We will begin rolling out late Julyearly June 2025 (previously early June)late April) and expect to complete by late Julyearly June 2025 (previously early June)late April).

How this will affect your organization:

The new graph in Microsoft Purview Data Security Posture Management for AI is called Sensitive interactions by department:

The graph will be added by default in Microsoft Purview Data Security Posture Management for AI.

What you need to do to prepare:

This rollout will happen automatically by the specified date with no admin action required before the rollout.
